You must be logged in using the Clubhouse account in order to see the “Inspection Form” link.

  1. Click the “Inspection Form” link for the reservation that you are inspecting.
  2. Complete the form information. If there are damages or cleaning fees that need to be assessed, select “Yes” for “Does Homeowner need to be billed for cleaning or damage?”.  Enter the amount to be billed.  See fee schedule for guidance.
  3. Click “Save” button.  Cusick will receive an email if charges need to be assessed.

Areas with food crumbs noted, especially under chairs and tables.

Bar sink had food debris and left dirty. When attempted to clean noted that water was backing up and not draining well. Possible clog.

Due to personal time constraints and another party, I cleaned up the floors and sink.

Best if board decides how to manage security deposit and ongoing rental.
