Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is one of Brookhaven’s signature facilities. It is located at the front of the neighborhood adjacent to the pool. In addition to the many neighborhood events held here, the Clubhouse is available for rent by residents for events and parties. Inside the Clubhouse you will find the neighborhood fitness center, kids’ playroom, meeting room, media room, and a large first floor to accommodate large gatherings.
Main Floor
This large room has living room-type furniture and a dining room table, 6 round tables and chairs, a bar area, and a kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, sink, and refrigerator. There are 2 large TVs. This room can accommodate parties of up to 150 people.
Meeting Room
This room is off the Main Floor and can accommodate small meetings of up to 15-25 people.
Lower Level
The lower level has a large-screen TV with DVD player for movies and watching sporting events. There are also chairs and tables that can be used. This room can also be used for children’s birthday parties.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center has treadmills, elliptical machines, and bikes for aerobic conditioning. There is also a stretching station, dumbbells, weight bench, and several weight machines.
Clubhouse Rental
The Main Floor (including Meeting Room), Lower Level, and Entire Clubhouse may be rented by residents for private events and parties. For more information, please visit the Clubhouse Rental page.
