You must be logged in using the Clubhouse account in order to see the “Inspection Form” link.

  1. Click the “Inspection Form” link for the reservation that you are inspecting.
  2. Complete the form information. If there are damages or cleaning fees that need to be assessed, select “Yes” for “Does Homeowner need to be billed for cleaning or damage?”.  Enter the amount to be billed.  See fee schedule for guidance.
  3. Click “Save” button.  Cusick will receive an email if charges need to be assessed.
