Quick Help
- Use the calendar on this page to determine a day and time for the requested post-event cleaning that does not interfere with any other rentals or events. Typically, the cleaning is scheduled for the morning after the event. A cleaning does not need to be scheduled if the event is Sunday or Monday and no other events take place before the regular Tuesday cleaning. A refund is not issued if the cleaning is not scheduled due to the date of the event and the homeowner does not need to clean after their event.
- Use the form below to enter the cleaning date and update the default cleaning time, if needed, by clicking on the homeowner’s last name and then “Edit Entry” on the detail screen. The cleaning is added to the rental calendar after a cleaning date is entered.
- Text Paulina (cleaning company) at 704-907-9257 and confirm that she is able to schedule the post-event cleaning. If she cannot schedule the cleaning a refund should be issued to the homeowner, and they will need to clean up after their event.
- Change the yellow circle to a checkmark once confirmed by cleaning service.
