Association Management Update

Dear Brookhaven Homeowners,

We wanted to share an upcoming change to the management team serving the Brookhaven community.

Meredith Emerson has served as Brookhaven’s Association Director since 2019 and has worked closely with the Board and community throughout that time. Meredith remains with Cusick Community Management; however, as part of a shift in account assignments, Amanda Smith [email protected] is now Brookhaven’s Association Director.

Moving forward, Amanda will serve as the primary management contact for the Board of Directors. Brandon Jones [email protected], a member of Amanda’s support team, will assist homeowners with day-to-day questions, requests, and community matters.

We sincerely thank Meredith for her many years of service and dedication to Brookhaven and appreciate the relationships she has built with the Board and homeowners.

We look forward to welcoming Amanda and Brandon as they begin working with the Brookhaven community.
