We’re thrilled to invite you to the 5th Annual Brookhaven Holiday Makers Market and Gingerbread House Competition!
Mark your calendars for an afternoon of festive fun, unique shopping, and creative holiday spirit.

Date & Time:
Sunday, December 6, 2026 | 1:00–5:00 PM

Location: Brookhaven Clubhouse

 Event Highlights:

  • Shop handcrafted gifts from talented local makers and kid entrepreneurs.
  • Support your neighbors and discover one-of-a-kind finds.
  • Stop by and check out the gingerbread creations during the Maker’s Market and VOTE for your favorite.

 Calling All Vendors & Crafters! Market Vendors Spaces Now Available:

  • Sign-ups are officially OPEN for our Holiday Maker Market indoor vendor spaces!
    • We’re inviting makers, small businesses, crafters, MLM representatives, handmade creators, teen entrepreneurs, and kid-owned businesses to join us for a festive day of shopping, community, and holiday cheer.
    • Now is the perfect time to reserve your space, start preparing your inventory, and share the news with your customers. Let’s make this season extra merry by showcasing unique gifts, handmade treasures, and amazing local talent!

To enter the Gingerbread Contest:

  • Create a gingerbread house, barn, RV, skyscraper, or whatever structure your family wants to build!
    • Everything must be edible, no toothpicks, straws or cardboard.
    • You may use hot glue to put together the structure ONLY (walls and roof).
    • All decorations must be attached with icing.
    • You may use store-bought kits and most importantly, HAVE FUN
  • Bring your masterpiece to the board room of the clubhouse on December 6th between 11:00am and 1:00pm
  • Voting & Judging will be open from 1:00-5:00pm.  Prizes will be awarded.
