Town of Indian Trail Street Paving
Dear Homeowners,
The Town of Indian Trail has notified the Association of an upcoming road resurfacing project that will take place within portions of the community. The contractor, RAM Pavement, is scheduled to begin work during the week of June 15 and anticipates completing the project by June 26, weather permitting.
The following streets are included in this year’s resurfacing contract:
- Arundale Lane
- Delamere Drive
- Desborough Drive
- Minden Drive
- Sultana Lane
- Viscount Drive
The resurfacing process will involve milling the existing asphalt and applying a new asphalt surface. During active work, on-street parking will not be permitted in the affected areas. Work will be completed in sections, and road closures are not anticipated. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times.
Residents may experience minor delays when entering or exiting driveways while fresh asphalt is being compacted. These delays are typically brief and generally do not exceed 10 minutes.
At this time, the contractor expects to begin work on Delamere Drive and Minden Drive and hopes to complete those streets by June 18, weather permitting. Following completion of those streets, work is expected to continue on the cul-de-sacs located on Viscount Drive, Desborough Drive, and Arundale Lane.
Please note that no paving work will occur on weekends. The contractor has also advised that no paving is scheduled for June 19.
