| Event Summary | The Brookhaven Book Club invites you to a Special Event in April, as we have a special guest. Author C. Hope Clark will be joining us in person at our April book club meeting, to discuss her book Murder on Edisto. She will have books available and she is happy to sign books as well. RSVP: We will need to give Hope a headcount so please RSVP on the Residents of Brookhaven FB page.
C. Hope Clark authors three mystery series, all with strong female protagonists, set in lovely South Carolina. Hope lives on the banks of Lake Murray in central South Carolina when she isn't vacationing at Edisto Beach, the setting of her main series, The Edisto Island Mysteries. Many of these books have won awards, have been considered twice for television, and is currently being shopped for screen. Hope appears at writing conferences and teaches other writers as well, via her FundsforWriters website, which has won the Writer's Digest 101 Best Websites for Writers for 24 years. She loves talking story, craft, and setting, but mostly loves hearing how readers spent time with her characters.
