Hello Brookhaven!

My family and I moved here in 2017 from Chicago. We connected with an agent who helped us buy our home. The process was stressful being that we were not local and were trusting someone we never met to find us our home in Charlotte. Looking back, there were a lot of things I had wished our agent explained better or took the time to communicate with us more clearly. That experience stayed with me and when I decided to become a Real Estate agent, I vowed I wouldn't let that happen to any of my clients. My experience in contracting and 20+ years in sales gives me a unique approach to how I manage each and every clients situation. I go above and beyond making sure that at the end of the day, you feel confident in the outcome.

Listing Agent:

As your listing agent, I provide a full-service experience inclusive of pre-listing inspection, staging consult, staging, managing contractors, 6 hours of my time for free to make any needed repairs, marketing (direct mail, social, and e-mail) and weekend open houses.

My skills in contracting and general handyman services help keep us on schedule and on budget. Being a contractor brings a unique understanding of your home and knowing what and inspector will see that buyers will miss. We make those corrections before we list to limit any further repair negotiations.

Buyers Agent:

In the same way I help sellers, I’m your inspector when we are looking for a home. My eyes see past the cosmetics and look for the warning signs of potential issues that could be “covered up” intentionally or unintentionally. I’m a tough negotiator too, having spent 20 years in business development negotiating deals with Fortune 500 and 100 companies. I will go to bat for you! As a contractor who has built homes, I can also represent you on new home builds! Don’t settle for the builders “agent” who’s not looking out for your best interest. Hire me to help you through the home building process. You don’t pay me anything! I know what to look for during the building phases to make sure you get the home you were sold.

Investing:

I’m always on the lookout for a good flip, rental or short term rental (VRBO) property too! If this is something you are interested in, please contact me. I welcome partnerships as well.

My family and I moved from Chicago to Brookhaven in 2017. In addition to being a husband to my beautiful wife Jen and a father to my 3 amazing kids, I volunteer my time on the HOA board and the social committee managing the “Camping in the Hood” event each fall. I am Brookhaven’s go-to handyman as well. 💪🏻
