Come and join your neighbors for a 45 minute session of strength training and conditioning. This class is for all fitness levels. Come prepared to sweat and get stronger! Bring your dumbbells, a mat, and a water bottle. This class meets each Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30. Hope to see you there!
