Clubhouse Reservation Calendar

  • Use the calendar to verify that your date and room(s) are available. Hover over an event to see the room(s) reserved. Reservations require three business days advance notice.
  • By default, the system only allows one rental per room, per day.  Email [email protected] to request an exception.  Exceptions will be granted if there is availability to inspect the clubhouse to ensure it has been cleaned between events. A minimum of two hours between events is required.
  • This calendar shows only events that reserve the use of the clubhouse or pool.  To see all scheduled events, go to the All Events calendar.

Clubhouse Rental Agreement

Clubhouse Reservation Checklist:

  • Check Availability

    Go to the Clubhouse Reservation Calendar to check availability.

  • Submit the Rental Agreement Form and Rental Fee

    Submit the Rental Agreement form to reserve your date.  Please do not go to the Cusick office for a rental agreement form. Rental agreements are submitted online.

  • Submit proof of application for off-duty officers

    For parties with over 50 teens attending, the Proof of Officer Hiring form is required to be completed at least 7 days prior to the event.
