Your request will be sent to the Board for approval prior to the email being sent.  This form DOES NOT reserve the clubhouse or place an event on the calendar.  Complete the Schedule Event form first if you need to add your event to the calendar or use the clubhouse or other facility, including the clubhouse parking lot.
